We are honored to welcome delegates from various colleges, 大学, and learned societies to Loyola University 新奥尔良 on November 9 & 10 for the inauguration of Xavier Cole as the 18th president of Loyola University 新奥尔良.
As you prepare to join us for this special event, the information below may be helpful.
位置/地图
Inauguration activities take place on Loyola’s main campus at 6363 St. 查尔斯大街.

停车
Complimentary parking for delegates will be available in the West Road Garage, which is accessed via
St. 查尔斯大街. Public Safety personnel will be t在这里 to direct drivers.
首届宣教团
Delegates are invited to join the Loyola community for the 首届宣教团 on Thursday, 11月9日12点15分.m. in Holy Name of Jesus Church. The Mass does not feature an academic procession.
Check-In for Inauguration Ceremony
Delegates may check -in on the porch of the J. 埃德加和露易丝. 梦露图书馆, located directly across the quad from the West Road Garage, 在周五, November 10 beginning at 1:30 p.m.
在办理登机手续, delegates will directed to the robing area on the first floor of the 梦露图书馆 w在这里 refreshments and a secure room for storing personal belongings during the ceremony will also be available.
请注意: In the event of rain, robing will take place in Marquette Hall. An email notification will be sent out if the rain plan is implemented.
学术服装
All delegates in the academic procession are expected to wear academic attire and are responsible for providing their own academic regalia.

The procession will begin forming at 2:30 p.m. The Inauguration ceremony begins at 3 p.m. and is expected to conclude by 4:15 p.m.
就职招待会
All delegates are invited to a reception on campus immediately following the ceremony in the Palm Court.
1912 Society Inauguration Dinner
Following the inauguration reception, delegates are welcome to join us for an evening of celebration and fellowship at the 1912 Society Inauguration Dinner as we welcome President Cole to Loyola University 新奥尔良.
Tickets are required for this event and may be purchased at sanmansports.com/1912
